The Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for generating new and creative ways to engage, educate and retain consumers.
You will work on a variety of projects from concept through to completion including product marketing, explainer videos and UI animations
Whilst the role will be heavily focused around producing videos, there will also be ad-hoc design and marketing projects to complete.
Produce innovative animated content to translate into marketing campaign messages.
Research & produce corporate branding videos to be published across social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube etc)
Research & produce customer focused branding videos to be published across social media channels (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter etc)
Assist Creative Lead Designer with branding, marketing & customer satisfaction related projects
Work with Retention Manager to create engaging content to improve overall customer experience
Supporting the business in creating storyboards to define video and animation messaging and structure.
Liaise with Head of Support on creating educational and informative videos to assist with customer experience
Liaise with Technical Product Lead on creating a continuous series of education videos across multiple languages
Liaise with Head of Billing to creative informative and helpful video tutorials relating to charges and billing cycles
Undertake ad-hoc video and design tasks as they come in
Experienced and skilled using programs such as After Effects & Illustrator
Ability to create, present and execute a project brief
Works well individually and as part of a team
Strong video editing and composing skills
Excellent visualisation and concept development skills
Experience in graphic and web design, including Photoshop & Indesign
