The Brand Reputation Executive is responsible for both brand awareness, reputation and overall brand social media strategy.

The role will require experience with all major social media platforms, ability to create awareness and to ensure we provide customer satisfaction with both our product and contactability.

You will be required to develop new and exciting ways to grow brand awareness, in an informative and engaging manor.


  • Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase user engagement

  • Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and Instagram

  • Manage a corporate Linkedin profile for the parent company, & Network Protect

  • Develop a reputation strategy to engage users for product feedback across TrustPilot & MyWot

  • Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote brand awareness

  • Create engaging multimedia content to be used within members blog

  • Liaise between Product Management and Customer Support Management with customer feedback

  • Plan content and delivery with tools like Hootsuite to manage multiple social media channels

  • Develop creative ways to engage & collect customer feedback (software, mobile, website, email etc)

  • Provide regular updates on improvements and performance for awareness and reputation campaigns

  • Manage corporate Instagram account to provide social presents and aid in future recruitment

  • Manage Facebook page posts and also account responses

  • Monitor & locate negative articles and posts relating to brands and address

  • Create & manage customer newsletters and seasonal interaction

  • Monitor & manage reviews posted on download stores (Chrome, Android, Apple, Edge)

  • QA support interaction and highlight improvements in relation to brand awareness & reputation

  • Create & manage email campaigns which demonstrate the value in the brand and accreditations achieved during that period


Core Requirements

  • Experience with social media management

  • Keen interest in the cyber-security industry

  • Great written and spoken English skills

  • Experience within SaaS business industry

  • Previous brand management experience

  • Intermediate computer skills

  • Works well independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary

  • Passionate and driven personality
